Return policy

Returns domain enables the administrators to configure returns scenarios that are addressed based on the overrides framework that is provided in Sterling™ Business Center.

As part of factory setup, Sterling Business Center, provides the following policies, which are grouped based on the business use case.

Validation ID, returns field value descriptions
Policy	Policy Description
BLIND_LINE	This rule is defined to check for the Blind lines.
IS_RETURNABLE	This rule is defined to check whether the item is returnable.
RESTOCKING_FEE	This rule is defined to check and apply restocking fee of an item.
RETURN_REASON_VA:LIDATION	This rule is defined to check the return reason for the item that is returned.
RETURN_UNIT_PRICE_LIMIT	This rule is used to check whether the unit price of the line exceeds the limit.
RETURN_WINDOW	This rule is used to define the return window limits for the returned items.
