Apache Kafka

Apache Kafka is supported as an external integration capability for Sterling™ Order Management System.

Sterling Order Management System can send messages to a Kafka topic by using the new Kafka transport component (sender mode) in the IBM Sterling Order Management System service definition framework. As part of process modelling, the same can be used as part of a synchronous or asynchronous service in Applications Manager.
