Delete a saved search in IBM® Sterling Business Center

About this task

You can search for a saved search and delete it.

To delete a saved search:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Saved Search screen. To navigate to the Saved Search screen, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Item Administrator.
    2. From the application home page, click Manage Saved Searches from the Favorite Searches dashlet. Alternatively, if you are on the Basic Search or Advanced Search screen, select Manage Saved Searches from the Saved Searches drop-down menu.

      The Saved Search screen is displayed.

  2. The Save Search Management dialog box is displayed in the Saved Search screen. In the Find Saved Searches panel, perform the following tasks:
    1. In the Saved Search Name Contains field, enter either the complete or partial name of the saved search.
    2. From the Search Type drop-down list, select the appropriate entity.
      Note: If you navigated to the Saved Search Management dialog box by selecting Manage Saved Searches from the Saved Searches drop-down menu, the entity is already displayed in this field. You can either use this entity or select the appropriate entity from the drop-down list.
    3. Click Search.
  3. The saved searches matching the criteria are displayed in the Saved Searches panel. Select the check box corresponding to the saved search you want to delete, and click Delete.

    The saved search is deleted.
