Features not supported in Sterling Order Management System SaaS
Some features are not supported in Sterling™ Order Management System SaaS.
The following table outlines the features that are not supported and the possible
workarounds:

Integrations such as file or email integration | Move to a queue integration for asynchronous integration or move to REST APIs for synchronous integrations. |
Access to command line or use of scripts in the runtime | Use only services in the runtime. |
Configuration Deployment Tool (CDT) user interface | Use the Configuration Deployment Tool (CDT) user interface from the developer toolkit. |
Database to database import or export | Use the Configuration Deployment Tool (CDT) to export the config schema from a database to XML or from XML to database. |
Direct access to the database is not available | For viewing the data in a database, use the DB Query tool. For retrieving the data from the database, use the data extract tool. |
Modifying the database | For some genuine business use cases, the database administrator can update the database. |
