Adding cancellation reason codes

You can add work order cancellation reason codes.


  1. Navigate to the Cancellation Reason Codes window. To navigate to the Cancellation Reason window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Work Order menu, and click Cancellation Reason Codes. The Cancellation Reason window opens.
  2. Click Add to add a new cancellation reason code. The New Value window opens.
  3. In the Cancellation Reason ID field, enter the cancellation reason code identifier.
  4. In the Cancellation Reason Name field, enter the name to be displayed for the cancellation reason code.
  5. In the Cancellation Reason Description field, enter a brief description of the cancellation reason code.
  6. Click Save.
