When viewing any list in the Applications Manager, it is
possible to filter the contents of the list based in criteria that
you define.
About this task
Filtering
is accomplished by right-clicking anywhere on the list's column headings
and using the Table Filter Editor associated with the list. Figure 1. Column headings in a list

Field
Description
Apply To Existing Records
Checking this box applies a new filter set of results that
have been previously filtered instead of the whole set.
Max Records
Specify the maximum number of records that are to be returned
from a filter. The default number is 100
Dynamic Fields
Fields such as "Hold Type" and "Hold Type Description" are
dynamically populated based on the list you are currently viewing.
These fields can be searched using text strings combined
with criteria such as Is, Starts With, or Contains.
Search
strings are case sensitive. For example, "Item" does not return the
same values as "item".
