Viewing the top five products with backorders
Account managers view the top five products with backorders to identify potential revenue impact so that they can optimize inventory management. By proactively managing backorders, account managers can increase customer trust and loyalty and reduce the risk of lost sales.
Procedure
- Log in to Order Hub.
- From the main menu, select .
- Under Account, select the account that you want to view the data for from the drop-down menu.
- Under Select time frame, select the time period that you want to view the data for. You can select from five preset time frame options that range from today up through the last 45 days (which is the maximum).
- Scroll down to view the Top 5 products with backorders chart.
- To see the actual numbers of backordered items, hover over the colored block for a product.
- To see the actual dollar value of the backordered items, hover over the colored block for a product.
Results
The Top 5 products with backorders chart shows the products that have the highest number of backorders within the time period that you specified. The bar graph displays the different products by using colored sections.
