Viewing contract order totals

Account managers view contract order totals to verify that customers are meeting their contractual obligations so that they can take proactive measures to address any concerns. Contract orders provide a framework for complex, high-value transactions. They help establish trust and stability in the buyer-seller relationship, and help to ensure a smooth exchange of goods and services over an extended period.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the main menu, select Dashboards > Account.
  3. From the Account menu, select the account for which you want to view the data.
To find a specific account, start typing the account name. The list updates to show matching accounts.
  4. From within the Contract order totals chart, select whether you want to view the data as monetary amounts or volume by clicking either the value or volume icon. The chart is updated with your selection.
Note: If you select to view the data as monetary amounts, the monetary values from the sales orders do not take into consideration any charges or discounts. The monetary values are derived from multiplying the item unit price x quantity.

Results
