Searching for a service in IBM Sterling Business Center

You can search for a service and view its details using either a Basic or an Advanced search.

• Basic Service Search: This type of search enables you to perform a quick search by specifying basic criteria such as the complete or partial identifier of the service, or the complete or partial description of the service.
• Advanced Search: This type of search enables you to perform a search based on the criteria that is selected. You can select the criteria and the corresponding operator, and then select or specify the corresponding values.
