Confirming sales orders

Account managers confirm sales orders to move them from a draft state to an active state. When a sales order is confirmed, the order fulfillment process takes place according to the information provided in the sales order.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the main menu, select Dashboards > Account.
  3. Click the flyout menu icon in the upper right and select All sales orders.
  4. Search for the sales order number that you want to confirm. For more information on searching, see Filtering and searching data.
  5. Click the overflow menu and select Confirm order. You see a message that states you successfully confirmed the sales order and you see the sales order details.

What to do next

After you confirm the sales order, it becomes active. You can manage your orders by taking various actions. For more information, see Managing orders.
