Configuring a document's purge criteria

Purge Criteria business rules are used to define qualifications around each type of purge.

Purges are the process by which old data is removed from the system database. Purges minimize the number of unused database records to increase search efficiency and reduce the size of the required physical disk. In Purge Criteria Rules, default purge rules are provided. These can be modified for your system operations.
