Associate a keyword to a service

You can associate a keyword to a service from the Aliases and Keywords screen.

About this task

A keyword acts as an alternative identifier for a service. A keyword is a list of strings that can be used by the customer in the Web channel application when searching for a service. For example, keywords for the service Delivery are Home Delivery, Delivery, and so on. However, you cannot associate a keyword to a value-added service.
