Deleting customer level

You can delete an existing Customer Level using the Level screen.

About this task

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Level screen. To navigate to the Level screen, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator.
    2. From the System Setup Home page, expand the Customer Definitions menu, and then click Customer Levels .

      The Level screen is displayed. Existing Customer Levels, if any, are displayed.

  2. In the Level screen, click the Customer Level you want to delete and then click the Delete button. A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click Yes to delete the Customer Level.
    Note: When you delete Customer Level from IBM® Sterling Business Center and it is being used in Sterling Field Sales IBM Sterling Call Center, then the Code Value is displayed in place of the value entered in the Short Description in Sterling Field SalesSterling Call Center.
