Defining a product item's extended attributes

Sterling Order Management System allows you to create your own extended item attributes.

About this task

These attributes can also be specified at the classification level. For more information about viewing inheritable attributes, see Viewing inheritable attributes.

To define a product item's extended attributes:

Procedure

  1. In the Item Details window, choose the Additional Attributes icon. The Extended Attributes pop-up window displays.
  2. Enter information into the applicable fields.
  3. Click OK. This closes the Extended Attributes pop-up window and returns you to the Item Details window.
  4. Choose the Save icon.
