SQLCODE -811 error occurs during data extract
You can encounter an SQLCODE -811 error when you run the data extract service for your IBM Sterling® Order Management System with agent criteria other than the default criteria.
Problem
When you run the data extract service, or when the service runs automatically with a custom agent criteria configured, an SQLCODE -811 error can occur.
Solution
If you encounter this error, configure the service to use the COC_DATA_EXTRACT criteria that is provided by default and run the data extract service again. Use table extract configurations to configure the running of the extract service, such as to configure how often an extract runs or to configure the set of tables and columns to extract.
