Integrating with Apache Kafka

Apache Kafka is supported as an external integration capability for Sterling™ Order Management System.

Sterling Order Management System can send messages to a Kafka topic by using the new Kafka transport component (sender mode) in the IBM Sterling® Order Management System service definition framework. As part of process modelling, the same can be used as part of a synchronous or asynchronous service in Applications Manager.
