As an administrator, you can search for users and view user details by using next-generation Order Hub.
Procedure

Log in to next-generation Order Hub.
- Select .
- Click Search.
- To search for users based on certain criteria, enter values for one or more of the
following fields.
- In the Organization field, select an organization.
- In the User name field, enter a full or partial user name.
- In the Team field, select a team.
- In the Queue field, select an alert queue.
- In the User ID field, enter a full or partial user ID.
- In the User status field, select either Active,
Inactive, or Either.
- In the User group field, select a user group.
- Click Search.
- If the search results produce more than one user, sort the user list alphabetically by
User ID or User name by selecting the up-arrow or
down-arrow in the column headings.
- To view details for a particular user, select the checkbox next to the User
ID and select View details.
