If you have the Fulfillment manager and Tenant administrator roles, you can define the sourcing and scheduling rules for product items, delivery services, and provided services.

Creating a sourcing rule in Order Hub
You can create sourcing rules for the nodes that should be considered for sourcing.
Creating a scheduling rule in Order Hub
Scheduling rules determine shipping, inventory scheduling, and node preferences.
Configuring landed cost optimization in Order Hub
Landed cost settings are used by scheduling rules where the Optimization option is set to Cost, then number of shipments, then priority, then date. Cost can be configured to include true and perceived costs, which are grouped into four different components. The components include item cost, handling cost, transportation cost, and node attribute cost.
Using the Sourcing tester
Use the Sourcing tester to understand how sourcing and scheduling rules affect the path that an order takes through your system. The tester applies different sourcing rules to the order and displays simulated delivery dates.
