Enabling monitors for order and shipment alerts

For Order alert rules and Shipment alert rules to trigger and display alerts in Order Hub, you need to enable an Order monitor and a Shipment monitor.

System administrators with access to Applications Manager and the Self Service can configure and enable the monitors. If the monitors are not running, a message is displayed in Order Hub on the Alert rules page.

Order and shipment alerts will not be triggered because the order and shipment monitors are not enabled. Contact your administrator to enable the monitors.

  1. Log in to Applications Manager and select Applications > Application Platform.
  2. In Application Platform (DEFAULT), right-click Process Modeling and select Details.
