Alerts queue list page
From the Home page, when you click More details from the Alerts widget, you are directed to the Alerts queue list page.
Description of the Alerts queue list page
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Queue | The queue name. |
| Total open | The number of alerts in the queue that are in Open or In progress status. |
| Assigned to me | The number of alerts in the queue that are assigned to you. |
| Age | The number of alerts in the queue that were generated before or after the specified timeframe. |
