Order transaction complete

For in-store orders, the store manager or cashier must verify that certain conditions are resolved before the system marks the order complete and the customer is allowed to leave the store.

  • Holds are resolved. For example, if an address verification fails for a ship-to-home order, the customer must provide the correct address before the transaction is marked complete.
  • Payment processing is complete for transactions that require in-person payments. For example, a customer may have ordered an item online and is paying cash for the item at the store when picking up the item.
