Embed Sterling Call Center next-generation in an iframe

The Sterling™ Call Center next-generation application can be embedded in any external application by using the iframe, provided that both Sterling Call Center next-generation and external application use the same OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider.

Procedure

  1. Access Self Service with your IBMid.
  2. Click the Self Service menu, and then click General preferences.
  3. In the Call Center Preferences tab, select the environments to which you want to add domains that can embed the Sterling Call Center next-generation application within an iframe.
  4. Click Update.
