- Percentage Returns Value
Percentage Returns Value
The Percentage Returns Value metric provides information on percentage of returned value compared to the revenue of all the lines that were fulfilled for a given time period. This metric is displayed in the form of a gauge diagram.
Percentage Returns Value = (Returned Value / Fulfilled Revenue )*100To calculate the Returned Value, the received date is considered as the driver date. To calculate the Fulfilled Revenue, the shipment date is considered as the driver date.
This metric helps you see the percentage of returns for the enterprise, for a selected time period.
Drill-Through Reports for Percentage Returns Value
From
the Percentage Returns Value metric you can drill-through and view
the reports related to returns on products or customers. To view a
drill-through report, right-click the needle and click on GoTo to
select the required report. The following reports are available for
