You can define customer contact information.
About this task
To define customer contact information:
Procedure
- From the Customer Definition screen, select the Contacts tab. The Customer Contact Info screen displays.
- Choose the Create New icon to add an additional customer contact.
- Select the Customer Contact Info tab.
- Enter information in the applicable fields.
Refer to the following table for field values.
Table 1. Customer contact information Field Description Name First Name Enter the contact's first name. Middle Name Enter the contact's middle name. Last Name Enter the contact's last name. Company Enter the company at which the contact works. Phone Day time Phone Enter the contact's day time phone number. Evening Phone Enter the contact's event phone number. Cell Phone Enter the contact's cellular phone number. Fax Enter the contact's fax number. Email Enter the contact's fax number. User ID Enter the contact's user ID. Date of Birth Enter the contact's date of birth. Spouse Date of Birth Enter the contact's spouse's date of birth. Wedding Anniversary Enter the contact's wedding anniversary. Customer Contact ID Enter the contact's customer contact ID. - Choose OK.
