Return instructions
You can view information related to the personalization of an return order, such as the attachment of a gift message or the style of wrapping paper to be used when packing an item.
Refer to the Return table for more information about field descriptions of the return header panel seen in this screen.

| Delete Instruction | This action enables you to delete the selected instructions. Upon clicking this action, an alert window appears to confirm the deletion of instructions. |

| Instruction Type | The type of instruction, such as Gift, Pick, Pack, Ship, or Other. |
| Text | The specific instructions to be performed on the order. Specify the instruction URL next to the Instruction URL icon. |
You can also use the Instructions window for:
- Adding an Instruction - You can add instructions that add a customer's notes to each return. Instructions are created to inform the individual responsible for packing the return of the Buyer's special requests. Select the Add icon to add the instruction lines and enter the relevant information in the fields as discussed in the Instructions table.
- Modify an Instruction - The information
in the Return Instructions screen can be modified by entering the
modified information and selecting
Save.
