Associated service requests
You can view the service items that are associated with a product item in this screen.
For more information about the return line header field level descriptions, see Table 1 .
| View Icon | Description |
| Add Provided Service | Add Service Requests - This icon takes you to the Associate Service Request screen where you can add the required service requests associated with the product line. |
| Action | Description |
| Cancel | This action enables you to cancel the selected service requests. In the Modification Reason screen that pops up, enter the reason code and reason text for cancelling the service request. |
| Fields | Description |
| Line | The line of the service. Click this link to view the Service Request Details screen. |
| Item ID | The unique identifier of the service. |
| Item Description | The description of the service. |
| Appointment | The date and time of the service. |
| Service Offset (Hrs) | The number of hours the service is offset by. |
| Amount | The amount of the service. |
| Status | The current status of the service. |
