Configuring participants

The Applications Manager’s Participant Modeling is used to create and maintain organizations and their relationships. Once an organization has been created, it is possible to define each organization’s role, the services they provide and utilize, and the business elements required to support the collaborative processes between all of the participating organizations in the Hub.

Trading partners using Sterling™ Order Management System to perform supply chain collaborative commerce are called Participants. Each Participant is considered an organization with a defined role.
