System monitoring overview

Sterling™ Order Management System enables you to manage the performance of Sterling Order Management System by providing monitoring tools and techniques.

The System Management Console is an application monitor that enables monitoring of processing throughput, response time, pending work items, and errors generated at the API and agent level. The companion Health Monitor agent can be configured to alert system administrators when problems occur, such as when an application server crashes or agent servers are not processing tasks.

You can monitor the status and progress of Sterling Order Management System with the following tools or techniques:
