There is no single business model that encompasses the environment in which all the Sterling™ Order Management System applications can be used. Therefore, there is no single way in which to configure your Sterling Order Management System environment.

For example, your company might be considered a multidivisional corporation, a third-party logistics company, or a marketplace business. Each of these business models require a different conceptual approach to the Sterling Order Management System configuration.
