To search for a customer error code:

Procedure

  1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Presentation > Custom Error Codes. The Custom Error Code Search window displays in the work area.
  2. Enter the applicable error code and description for which you want to search.
  3. Choose the Search icon and a list of custom error codes displays.
