Adding cancellation reason codes

You can set up the cancellation reasons to be used during order cancellation process

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Cancellation Reason Codes window. To navigate to the Cancellation Reason window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Order menu, and click Cancellation Reason Codes. The Cancellation Reason window opens.
  2. Click Add to add a new cancellation reason code. The New Value window opens.
  3. In the Value field, enter the cancellation reason code identifier.
  4. In the Short Description field, enter the short description of the cancellation reason code.
  5. In the Description field, enter the detailed description of the cancellation reason code.
  6. Click Save.
