You can set up the cancellation reasons to be used during
order cancellation process
Procedure
- Navigate to the Cancellation Reason Codes window.
To navigate to the Cancellation Reason window,
perform the following steps:

Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise
Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
- Click System Setup. The System
Setup home page opens.
- Expand the Order menu, and click Cancellation
Reason Codes. The Cancellation Reason window
opens.
- Click Add to add a new cancellation
reason code. The New Value window opens.
- In the Value field, enter the cancellation
reason code identifier.
- In the Short Description field,
enter the short description of the cancellation reason code.
- In the Description field, enter
the detailed description of the cancellation reason code.
- Click Save.
