You can delete an existing Customer Classification, using
the Customer Class screen.
Procedure
- Navigate to the
Customer Class screen. To navigate to the Customer Class screen, perform
the following steps:

Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an
Enterprise Administrator.
- From the System Setup Home page,
expand the Customer Definitions menu, and then
click Customer Classifications.
The
Customer Class screen is displayed. Existing customer classes, if
any, are displayed.
- In the Customer Class screen, click the customer Classification
you want to delete and then click the Delete button.
A confirmation message is displayed.
- Click Yes to delete the customer
Classification.
Note: When you delete a customer classification from Sterling Business Center and it is being used in Sterling Field SalesSterling Call Center, then the Code Value is displayed in place of the value entered in the Short Description in Sterling Field SalesSterling Call Center.
