Resubmitting a rejected order

You can resubmit a rejected order or order line hold. You might want to resubmit a rejected order or order line if you think the order or order lines was erroneously rejected or if you modified the order or order line and want it reviewed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub
  2. Click Orders from the menu and search for the order (Outbound/Inbound/Returns/Work orders)or order lines that is on hold.
    • For orders, on the search form, search for the order with the hold that you want to resolve, or use the Hold type field to search for specific hold types.
    • For order lines, on the search form, search for the order line with the hold that you want to resolve, or use the Order line hold type field to search for specific line hold types.
  3. Click Search.
    All the orders or order lines that match your search criteria within the enterprise are displayed.
  4. Click an order or order line that has a hold to go to the Order details page.
  5. Click the Holds tab.
  6. Click the checkbox next to a rejected hold and click Resubmit.
    Alternatively,
    • For orders, you can resubmit order holds from the Holds tab by clicking the overflow menu image and then selecting Resubmit.
    • For order lines, you can resubmit order line holds from either the:
      • Order details order lines table, manage line holds from table toolbar, or overflow menu.
      • Order line details holds tab, toolbar or overflow menu.
    Note: If you are not part of a particular user group that is configured for the hold type, then you cannot resubmit the hold type.
  7. Enter comments to explain the resubmit details, if required. If you are resubmitting multiple holds, you can enter a different comment for each selected row.
  8. Alternatively, you can also click the overflow menu (Overflow menu icon that looks like three dots in a vertical line) and then click Resubmit. A confirmation message is displayed. If any of the orders or order lines that you selected have a status in which it cannot be placed on hold, an error message is displayed.
