Setting up and validating items in a quote

A Field Sales Representative can either create a quote from scratch, or create a quote from an existing quote using the copyOrder API.

When a quote is copied from another quote, the copyOrderTemplate for quote fulfillment controls the copying over of the attributes and elements from the original quote.
