Creating an activity

An Activity defines the actions that should be performed in this service.

About this task

To create a service action:

1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Value Added Services > Activities. A window with a list of the service activities displays.
2. Choose the line marked with a star (*) and click into each of the fields to enter values for Activity Code, which defines the Activity, and the Description.
