Modifying charges and taxes

You can add or edit charges and taxes to adjust the price for various reasons. For example, applying personalization charges, discounts, or price corrections.

1. Log in to Order Hub
2. Click Orders from the menu and search for the order that you need to modify.
3. Go to the Order details page and click the Charges tab.
4. You can add or edit charges and taxes at the order level or at the order line level.
   For order level adjustments:

   1. In the Summary section, click a link under the applicable column Discounts, Charges, or Taxes.
   2. If the order is in a status that allows modification, fields are displayed for you to add a charge (such as Charge category). To add multiple charges, you can click Add charge to add another row of charges. To edit existing charges, update the existing field.
   3. Fill in the necessary information and then click Save.
      Description for adding charges at the order level

      Field	Description
      Charge category	The category of the charge.
      Charge name	The charge name. The name field is enabled after you select a charge category.
      Charge amount	Enter the charge amount to apply to the order header level.

      Description for adding taxes at the order level

      Field	Description
      Charge category	The category of the charge.
      Charge name	The charge name. The name field is enabled after you select a charge category.
      Tax name	The tax name.
      Tax percentage	Enter the tax percentage to apply to the order header price.
      Tax amount	Enter the tax amount to apply to the order header level.

   For order line level adjustments:

   1. In the Line summary section, click a link under the applicable column Discounts, Charges, or Taxes.
      Note: You can also adjust charges from the Order line details page. If you are on the Order line details page, you can find charges and taxes on the Details tab.
   2. If the order is in a status that allows modification, fields are displayed for you to add a charge (such as Charge category). To add multiple charges, you can click Add charge to add another row of charges. To edit existing charges, update the existing field.
   3. Fill in the necessary information and then click Save.
      Description for adding charges/discounts at the order line level

      Field	Description
      Unit price	The price of the line item.
      Charge category	The category of the charge.
      Charge name	The charge name. The name field is enabled after you select a charge category.
      Per unit	Enter the amount of the charge to apply to an individual line item.
      Per line	Enter the amount of the charge to apply to the entire order line.

      Description for adding taxes at the order line level

      Field	Description
      Unit price	The price of the line item.
      Charge category	The category of the charge.
      Charge name	The charge name. The name field is enabled after you select a charge category.
      Tax name	The tax name.
      Tax percentage	Enter the tax percentage to apply to the order line price.
      Tax amount	Enter the tax amount to apply to the order line level.
      Apply to price	Select this option to apply the tax to the unit price only. Clear this option to apply the tax to the matching charge only.

5. On the Charges page, click Save.
