Managing special services

You can select the different carrier special services that you want to apply to a shipment. For example, you might want the carrier to require an adult signature or collect payment upon delivery.

About this task

The Manage special services option appears in the user interface only for order statuses where you are allowed to modify the service. Whether you can modify the service depends on the order modification rules that are configured in the Applications Manager under Distributed order management > Document Specific > Sales Order > Fulfillment > Order Modification > Order Modification Groups.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Search for an outbound sales order.
  3. Select an order from the search results.
  4. From the Order details page, select Actions > Manage special services.
    Manage special services button is available on the Order details page from the Actions menu
  5. Select or clear services.
  6. Click Save.
