Adding pickup requests
You can add a pickup request for return items that cannot be transported by common carriers. For example, heavy, oversized, or fragile items. When you add a pickup request, you are associating pickup items (intangible pickup services) with products (tangible items).
Procedure
- Log in to Order Hub.
- Click Orders > Returns from the menu.
- Search for the return order that you want to update.
- Select a search result to go to the Return order details page.

.A list of pickup services that can be associated with the item are displayed. The options that appear are based on the associations that are defined in IBM® Sterling™ Business Center. For more information, see Associate a return pickup service to an item or Associate a product item to a return pickup service. .

Select the pickup services to add to the order and then click
Done.
The service is added to the Pickup requests table.
