Adding more addresses

You can add a Forward to address to include the name and address of the person or organization where the order is to be forwarded. You can also edit any existing custom addresses that were created in Applications Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub
  2. Click Orders from the menu and search for the order that you need to modify.
  3. Go to the Order details page.
  4. Click More Addresses.
  5. Click the edit button and edit any necessary addresses.
    Field descriptions
    Field Description
    First name The first name.
    Last name The last name.
    Day time phone The day time phone number.
    Evening phone The evening phone number.
    Mobile phone The mobile phone number.
    Fax The fax number.
    Email The email address.
    Company The company name.
    Address line 1 The address. You can add up to six address lines.
    City The name of the city.
    State The name of the state.
    Postal code The postal code.
    Country/Region The name of the country or region.
    Note: If the order ID is associated with a customer ID, then you can select the address that is saved to the user profile.
  6. Click Save.
  7. In the more addresses page, click Save.
    Note: The changes to the More addresses tab is not saved permanently to the order unless you click the Save button in the order details page. You can make modifications to the order using Actions button after saving the changes, however these actions cannot be reversed.
