Viewing details of each of the policies that belongs to returns domain

You can view the details of each of the policies that belongs to Returns domain in Sterling Business Center by using the Policy Details screen.

1. Navigate to the Return Policy screen. To navigate to the Return Policy screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as a system administrator or a system setup administrator.
   2. From the System Setup home page, expand the Return Order menu, and then click Return Policy.

      The existing return policies are displayed in the Return Policy screen.

2. Click a policy hyperlink from the Policy List panel. The Policy Details screen is displayed.
