Creating an order entry type

You can create an order entry type.

To create an order entry type:

Procedure

  1. From the menu, click Applications > Distributed Order Management.
  2. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Document specific > (Document Type) > Order Attributes. The Order Attributes window displays in the work area.
  3. Choose the Order Entry Types tab.
  4. Choose the Create New icon. The Order Entry Types pop-up window displays.
  5. In Entry Type, enter the name of the order entry type.
  6. In Short Description, enter a brief description of the order entry type.
  7. In Long Description, enter a more detailed description of the order entry type.
  8. Select Allow Cash and Carry Lines to allow order lines with the Cash and Carry delivery method.
  9. Select Allow Orders Without Address to disable address verification on orders.
  10. Choose the Save icon.
