Creating a customer classification

You can create a customer classification.

To create a customer classification:

Procedure

  1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Cross Application > Customer > Customer Rules.

The Customer Rules window displays in the work area.

  1. Click the Customer Classification tab.
  2. Click the Create New icon. The Customer Classification Code Details pop-up window displays.
  3. In Customer Classification Code, enter the classification ID code.
  4. In Short Description, enter a brief description of the classification ID code.
  5. In Long Description, enter a more detailed description of the classification ID code.
  6. Click the Save icon.
