Customer pickup - summary screen

This topic lists the changes to the Customer Pick - Summary screen.

A new screen is added to view the customer pick summary in the latest release.

Shortage resolutions are not shown for products in the "Remaining Products" tab. Cancellation reasons not shown for products in the "Canceled Products" tab. How it affects you

As a store associate, you can know why a product was shorted or canceled and take appropriate actions to pick the products or resolve the shortages.
As a store implementer, you must re-customize the new screens appropriately to incorporate the extensions of the old screen.
