Defining Record Filter elements for the CDT

Use this procedure when you use RecordFilter to deploy or ignore records during the CDT process.

1. From the Deployment Explorer window action bar, select the Preferences icon.
2. In the Preferences window, select the Record Filter tab.
3. Add a table.
4. Add an And, Or, or Column element. If you add the And or Or element, add the Column element, and then enter the values. If you want to add a single column, add the Column element for the table and then enter the values. When you deploy data, the record filter deploys or ignores the records.    Before you deploy data, you must first perform a database comparison as described in Compare source and target databases for CDT.
