Installing Sterling Order Management System Software by using containers

Install the Sterling Order Management System Software with IBM® containers on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform or Kubernetes cluster by using the Sterling Order Management System Operator.

After the Sterling Order Management System Operator is installed in the cluster, the OMEnvironment, OMServer, OrderHub, OrderService, and CallCentre custom resources are created in the cluster.

The OMEnvironment can be used to bring up a fully functional integrated environment including Order Service, Order Hub, Call Centre and multiple application, agent, and integration servers. The OMServer, Order Service, Order Hub, and Call Centre can also be deployed independently.

Note: The API version (apiVersion) of the Sterling Order Management System is v1beta1.
