Modifying hierarchical service slots

You can modify hierarchical service slots.

About this task

To modify hierarchical service slots:

1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Resource Capacity > Slot Group.

The Service Slot Groups screen displays in the work area.

2. Select the applicable slot group and choose the Details icon. The Service Slot Group Details pop-up window displays.
3. Select the appropriate slot and choose the Details icon. The Service Slot Details pop-up window displays.
4. Enter information in the applicable fields. Refer to Table 1 for field value descriptions.
5. Choose the Save icon.
