Loading the Sterling Store Engagement (Legacy) language pack

Before you load the language pack, ensure that you load the Sterling Order Management System Software language pack.

To load the language pack for Sterling Store Engagement (Legacy):
  1. Either create a resource JAR now or create it later after all language packs have been installed. To do so, enter the following command:
    • Windows<INSTALL_DIR>\bin\deployer.cmd -t resourcejar
    • UNIXLINUX<INSTALL_DIR>/bin/deployer.sh -t resourcejar
  2. Either recreate the EAR file now, or recreate it later when all language packs and localized factory setups have been loaded.
Note: The Jasper reports available in Sterling Store Engagement (Legacy) are sample reports. The translated versions of these reports are not available with this language pack.
