Defining modifications requiring auditing
You can specify which modification types require an audit when they are completed.
To specify which modification types require an audit:
- From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Document Specific > (Document Type) > Fulfillment > Order Modification > Modifications Requiring Auditing. The Modifications Requiring Auditing window displays in the work area.
- From the Modifications Requiring Auditing window,
choose the Details icon.
When opening the Modifications Requiring Auditing screen for the first time, all modification types are listed as requiring audits.
- To add a modification type to the Modifications Requiring Auditing list, select the desired modification type(s) from the Modification Types column and choose the Right Arrow icon.
- To remove a modification type from the Modifications Requiring Auditing list, select the desired modification type(s) from the Modification Types column and choose the Left Arrow icon.
- Choose the Save icon.
