New account dashboard
The initial release includes a new account dashboard that has seven sections to show KPIs. These KPIs help account managers to analyze sales data and order trends. Having access to these data visualizations in real-time helps account managers to identify and address issues and opportunities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Viewing the data in the account dashboard provides account managers with insights so that they can make data-driven decisions and proactively tackle potential issues. The dashboard KPIs that are available in the initial release are as follows.
  • Order status (supports real data integration)
  • Contract order totals
  • One-time order totals (supports real data integration)
  • Top 5 products with backorders
  • Return reasons (supports real data integration)
  • Cancellation reasons (supports real data integration)
  • Recent and future shipments in the next 15 days
Note: Four of the dashboard KPIs support real data processing (Order status, One-time order totals, Return reasons, and Cancellation reasons). The other dashboard KPIs display sample data.

Account dashboard customization

Contract order management
A B2B contract order outlines the agreement between a buyer and a seller for the supply of goods or services over a specified period.
