Installing fix pack for Sterling Order Management System Software containers

Starting Q2 2023, the Sterling Order Management System Software containers are released monthly. Hence, the latest fix pack changes are already included in the image. If you want to apply the fix pack on an earlier release, follow the steps in Applying the latest fix pack by using base container image to update the image and then use the Operator factory setup.
